Michael Izzi: A Malvern native, began his career as a Penn State graduate of Business Management with focus in Marketing and Finance back in 2000. Gaining experience in mortgages and sales he obtained great respect within his industry. He is a self-motivated mortgage professional with over ten years experience. His referral business makes up approximately 80% of his overall sales due to his professional and courteous customer service. Michael is motivated to get people into honest loans at the most competitive rates, in a most timely and efficient manner. “The secret in this profession is to treat everyone like family.” You might bump into Michael on the weekends and after work attending a Phillies, Flyers, or Eagles game, maybe he plays in your volleyball or softball league, or you saw him at the park with his wife Jenny & dog Nico.
Geoffrey Rubino: Was also born & raised in Malvern, and attending Great Valley School District, and also a B.S. graduate of the University of South Carolina, majoring in Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism Management and minoring in Business Management. His leadership & customer service skills helped him gain great respect by customers, co-workers & employees. Geoffrey’s focus and determination has given him the ability to handle the pressures of multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines without adding stress to the work environment. His warming smile, friendly disposition, and honest interactions with the customer are values that we encourage & expect from all our employees. Geoffrey is well traveled and has lived in South Carolina, North Carolina, California & Oregon. In his free time Geoffrey enjoys traveling, seeing live music, skiing, and spending time with his wife Elizabeth.
Rick Pellichero: Our New Jersey native, Rick has earned wonderful accolades from our customers. His timely action, focus on details, and extensive background in the mortgage industry gives Rick the utmost confidence in his work. Need not worry, when Rick handles your behind the scenes paperwork it will be prepared with accuracy, and ready for you when it’s requested. We value Rick’s dedication to completing the paperwork on a timely and accurate fashion, all the while being a model for interactions with our customers. Rick is a roller coaster aficionado, and on the weekends Rick and his family are likely at Six Flags Great Adventure, with the wind their hair.
Megan Boffa – Megan, much like our other employees, has been a greater Philadelphia local for her whole life. Megan was born in Delaware County, and has become very familiar with our surrounding area including Newtown Square, Downingtown, Malvern, and West Chester to name a few. Megan attended Villa Maria Academy in Malvern and then onto The Art Institute of Philadelphia where she studied Fashion Merchandising. After college, Megan earned her PA Real Estate license which allowed her to become very active in the local real estate market, where she gained mass amounts of knowledge in all aspects of the industry. After 8 years of working in Real Estate sales, Megan decided to broaden her knowledge of the industry and became licensed by the PA Department of Banking as a Mortgage Loan Originator. Megan has been with us since March of 2012 and is a great addition to our team. She prides herself on customer service and getting the deal closed. Her laugh and playful attitude have made a wonderful contribution to the everyday vibe in the office. Megan’s top notch people skills and knowledge of the real estate industry are a valuable resource to our clients & her co-workers. Megan and her fiancé, Mike, were engaged in November of 2012 and are looking forward to their wedding in December of this year.
Joseph Dell’Arciprete – Joe joined the Hillbrook Team in April of 2012 and quickly completed his licensing, which had him jumping right in like a veteran employee. Joe hit the ground running and began closing conventional loans immediately after his license approval, and is currently licensed to originate loans in Pennsylvania as well as Massachusetts. Joe grew up in military family, which has afforded him a unique set of knowledge. Because of this, Joe stepped into a new role- Veteran’s Affair loan specialist, in addition to his regular duties. In his first 6 months, Joe has closed 38 loans totaling just under $10 million in volume! When he’s not closing loans, Joe is a huge Philadelphia Flyers fan and a hockey player himself. During the winter months you will find Joe either coaching kids the basics of hockey or playing for his own league teams. Young, eager & motivated, Joe is ready to take the bull by the horns and help you achieve your goal today!

Hillbrook Financial, LLC is a service oriented mortgage brokerage servicing the needs of new, future, or current homebuyers. In addition to residential mortgage services, we also offer our services to commercial clients as well. Founded April 20, 2011, Hillbrook Financial was started by a 10+ year veteran of the mortgage industry, Michael Izzi. The company was based on a few ideals:
